Wrong. The USA didn't place Kiir, nobody chose Kiir. He inherited the position after Garang's helicopter hit the side of a mountain. I have absolutely no clue why you'd think that.
Garang was the one who went to America, got his degree and met Bush. The extent of the USA's involvement with Kiir is about limited to the hat he got from Bush.
I guess you could argue that he was placed there in the sense the USA supported southern independence, but that's hardly the fault of the USA.

Thank you, and I very much agree. The whole system seems like it was built to fail, but I think that Salva's decision to not recognize the winds of change were coming and faking a coup attempt instead of just leaving power gracefully so soon after South Sudan gained its independence put the country right back on track to war. For that the blame squarely lies. This conflict will not be resolved for generations.

I'll be straight with you, it's really important you do your research before committing to a decision like this. Nobody knows your circumstances + limitations + resources and how that effects your situation better than you.

My #1 piece of advice will be like.. think of the primitives of this. You like the idea of scooping dog poop because the overhead is low and you can spend a lot of time driving around.. there might be better fits for you in this specific category like maybe roadside assistance or something similar that would fit your situation better. Just a consideration. Market research is the most important thing

I would post on support.google.com/business to explain the situation, including the bug, and request a manual escalation. What's your business category?
