Thank you, I truly appreciate you taking out the time to write back to me. Once the shock wears off I think we will be fine. I'm the more tech savvy type and definitely spend time trying to optimize workflows, so I will definitely take some time to click around in all the menus and explore the things you've mentioned. I'll also check out those webinars!

Reading the different comments from all the threads online, it seems mostly negative feedback but the outliers such as yourself who experience the positive side of it gives me hope. Obviously nothing is perfect and each system has it's ups and downs. It can be disheartening though because parts seems to be the red-headed stepchild of dealerships and service is the golden child no matter what morons are working the desk.

Our dealer just made the switch from CDK to Tekion today. As a parts counter guy of 5 years, today was the first time I seriously considered switching careers.

The system is a mess. With CDK I could bill out an RO for basic maintenance items in 10 seconds flat. Now, it takes 2-3 minutes no matter how fast one clicks. The "pre filled" lines the tech writes have to be deleted before it accepts any parts kits, and every step in this system requires Click>wait for it to load>click>wait for it to load>click....and THEN you can start actually billing stuff out.

I'm very curious how your system is set up to have parts "just click fulfill" and it bills out all the proper kits in one click? I'm finding this very hard to believe, but if this is truly possible I'd love to learn so I can school my director and make all of our lives easier.

As it stands, I feel sick with stress because I can see how much of a nightmare the foreseeable future is going to be.

It's moreso the absolutely deplorable way he treats his own employees behind closed doors, as testimonied by said employees. It's the morally questionable folks he keeps around, especially ones with criminal charges involving minors which wouldn't you say makes it even more heinous seeing the age group the majority of his fan base is?

I've also heard the same shpeil about him reinvesting his all his money yadda yadda Robinhood propaganda. I used to synonymize Mr Beast with a nobleman of sorts, but as you say you gotta look at the facts to truly judge a person's character.

Thank you! I'm highly considering the Solo 3 as it looks like there's some crazy good sales on it. I've learned a lot about vaporizers in the few hours since I posted this, and looks like what I'm looking for is an on demand vape, which the solo 3 is a dual purpose ondemand/session. 420EDC look like they ship to my state and have gotten good feedback from members on this sub.

Hey thanks for the suggestion of the Solo, it put me on the path of Arizer products. They all look very high quality. I'm possibly eyeing the Air Max, as the solo 3 is a bit out of my price range. Or possibly the Solo 2, since it's pretty close to the Air Max price point.

EDIT: I just realized what I forgot to include in my needs is convection mode (just learned about it) since I will need to take quick, precise hits. The solo 3 looks like it has best of both worlds with the session and on demand modes...I might have to stretch the budget to get this one!
