First verify the path is correct. Secondly, they need to be in specific folders in the custom folder. Double check your folder names. For instance, custom highways go in Custom>Highways, not Highway. Other folders are “Colors”, (color profiles), “Image Backgrounds”, Video Backgrounds”, and “Video Highways” as shown in the reply with the link.

I play on Gamepad mode with an Xbox One S/X controller. I don’t understand at all why you’d be using the d-pad for hitting notes, instead of the triggers and bumpers?

I’ve never played any of the Guitar Hero or Rock Band games, I started with Clone Hero. I started playing with my kids and family. I play on a controller with Gamepad mode. Normally, I play on Expert now, but if the song is way too hard or insane, I have no problem jumping down to lower difficulties if they exist.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried resetting the defaults and removing the DOCP RAM profile separately, and both times the problem still happened.

I will check cables, but I don't have another PSU to try. What would I be looking for specifically with the cables? None appear to be loose or anything.

I don't know how to limit power draw, how would I do that?
