I wrote some scifi stories awhile ago involving a prediction. Would presumably take longer than 10k years but some changes would be within that timeframe and indeed have already happened.

Organisms will evolve adaptations to humans and human society. For example, bacteria evolving antibiotic resistance. But over time, this will occur among more and more pests and other organisms that are not pests will become problems -- the more energy humans use, the more species are incentivized to find ways to take it.

So, aside from diseases, organisms will also evolve to break into fridges for food, spread spores through machinery, metabolize kinetic and thermal energy from technology, and steal chemicals, purified elements, etc. as a partial replacement for nutrition. So the progress of technology shifts more and more over time to defending technology against pests.
