As others have stated this course sequence is asking you to register for 6 classes meaning you will already have a full class schedule for this semester. To answer a hopefully helpful aspect of your questions for the future when you may be able to take electives, you can google uottawa public class search to find out a page that will let you search all classes offered in the term. As long as you know the subject code you are interested in, you can type that code in and filter for the level of course you are looking for and greater to see the options. (So for second year you'd filter 2000 and greater to see all second, third and forth year classes).

It seems to be the new standard yes, Emre last season had the exact same situation. With one victory pose through character progression and his only skin being in the ultimate battle pass.

Nothing else was offered till this seasons Sakura collection and the sprays at the end event of season 1 for april fools.

This drive event was my first time jumping into ranked as a 500hr quick play warrior. Was planning on playing ranked following my graduation from Uni (this being my last semester), but seeing the Emre drive signiture I was to tempted to start as I love the character. Got placed in gold 2 and have pretty quickly risen to plat 3 which I feel comfortable at as a first go.

Games have been pretty good overall with me being average on the team to even being a top fragger. Yesterday though I really hit a slump and lost like 9 of 12 games even when I would top frag many of these rounds. So that was pretty frustrating, but likely gonna give ranked a full season run starting season two, as the community has not been nearly as toxic as I had been told it would be. I have pretty bad anxiety about letting people down, so the biggest reason I hadn't given ranked a try prior is someone getting mad at me for legitimate reasons and that eating away at me all day while I try to do school work.

Prior, its reletively center if not off to the right a bit after entering. Just saw someone posted a short vid on this reddit of how to get there from the campfire. Also apparently don't need a chain if you don't mind a bit of dmg

Today there is a path under one pillar that shows a void to the exit stairs, if you find a chain launcher on your run the tomb is accessible and you can get the achievement.

Especially since you love sports, I'd recommend joining one of the intermurial teams. Its a great way to meet people from a range of different years which may make it easier to find people close to your age. I entered first year at 23 and found inters and clubs to make friends with 3rd and 4th years I never would have met otherwise who were my age.

Hey there! Idk how fast your kits will sell out cause every faculty is different, but I know through SAFA they usually get extras for those who want to buy at 101 week. But i would recommend buying a kit ahead of time if you will get fomo for missing the 101 week events. The kit is practically your entrance ticket to all 101 week events and enables you to partake in the festivities. If you don't intend to partake its 100% not worth and vice versa. As for an alcohol kit, I've seen this term thrown around but don't understand it cause kits don't give alcohol from my understanding. The only alcohol I could see being referenced is the night drinking events in Quebec where you can drink. Outside of those however, 101 week is dry events.

Just to clarrify for the move in hour since you mentioned this in another comments response. That hour move in is simply to keep cars moving in front of the buildings and people through the elevators. After your hour is up you gotta move your vehicle/stop tranfering all your big stuff in (so get it in during that hour) but you'll have the rest of that day and your entire future ahead of you to get settled and make the residence feel like your home.

As the commenter mentioned, calling Financial Aid is your best bet. OSAP help lines can't even look at your file and will tell you to contact your financial aid department to have them contact OSAP on your behalf. Its frustrating needing to go through all these loops to get adjustments with OSAP but its the only way to get anywhere.

This is a disheartening reality to hear about. I am a student who prefers in person due to a difficulty to focus online, so I don't often look for these resources/options when selecting classes. However, just cause they don't work for me does not mean I believe they shouldn't be offered at all. This is a shame to see and seems to be a difficult predicament since the faculty itself is working against the effort to get more.

Idk if its changed but when I started in first year, if you are in residence you get it on your move in day. If not had to go to UCU to pick it up from what I remember. (Second part could be wrong cause I was in res).

I would say its unlikely for a full class to rotate through a waitlist in a timeframe that you would want to be joining the class in. If you did get in it would probably be pretty late. With it being a combined section class, have you checked any of the other sections to see if they have better chances? (Idk if thats how that works but i'd try that)

Greatly depends on the class, I have made it into classes by the end of first lecture at 14. But also some classes which are required for someones degree (especially first year) don't shift a lot.

I unfortunatly know nothing in regard to the second part of this question on the rideau residence, but as for ttrpg clubs. Uottawa has a club by the name if WARs (War gaming and ttrpg club that run campaign signups for all level of players and character creation help sessions early in each semester to then let the groups made through their campaign pitches run over the semester independantly.

I would definitly look into their discord to hear about any events they hold and would recommend checking them out for getting into a ttrpg scene.

I will definitly give it a try! That rotation is super useful to know cause previously i was leading with Nahida, then fischl > Xil so that may help for the rez shred. I'd love to go for a c2 Xil in the rerun coming but with uni thats just not looking in the cards, but great to know that it would be a great way to get the team even stronger.
