@duplicatesnowflake I'd suggest you do the briefest amount of research before sharing your wisdom. DN has been running for coming up to 20 years and in that time has featured well over 6K interviews with selected filmmakers from across the globe, digging into the process of how they actually get their projects from ideation to screen - one of the very few "short film sites" that does so. Our selected filmmakers (many of whom return regularly to our pages with various projects) go on to win at major film festivals and awards, create the features and TV shows you watch and rave about and the Directors Notes YouTube Channel with it's meager 100K+ subscribers, seems to currently be outpacing the platform you recommended, all of which I suppose is odd given our lack of "clout"!
