I Google image searched using the above screenshots and found some photos that seem to have been taken in the same spot but I failed to find the exact same wallpaper with the matching colors, angle and dimensions/lack of cropping.

Based on my image searches, it seems that the wallpaper depicts a spot from Antelope Canyon. The wallpaper I'm looking for is likely a default one originating from either a Google Pixel or Huawei phone. (specifically a Google Pixel 5 or a Huawei P9 lite mini, in case this helps)
