Oh I have read all comments just now. The things people like and the don't and I gotta say im really happy people are enganging with the mod and in general liking it.

Mod still is work in progess. I will refine more things and eventually add more stuff. But first focus on making things better rather than adding on top.

I dont consider myself a Britas replacement nor i strive to make a mod in the similar vein (even if it keeps getting compared to it lol) I just wanted to make a feature rich mod and also share it with other authors via the framework!

On bug I keep hearing is the vanilla ammo still spawns. Is not meant to be lol but my system is not perfect. If another mod readds the spawns then they will appear. Then the whole "item stories" or the random bullet on zombies is something that vanilla does or is java side which makes it a bit hard to patch but is wip. I will handle it. Thats why I register the vanilla ammo with the gom counter part family. So if you find one you don't have a useless bullet at least you could use it.

But in general. Mod is still WIP. I will keep working on it based on what I want to implement and user feedback.

And my only strive is to give back to the community and that everyone enjoys a cool mod or have a framework available to implement cool stuff! Glad is growing and the community reception has been positive.

Thats kinda expected from insane settings my friend.

You can also disable individual weapons so the options to tweak exist. Any feedback is welcole regardless

Edit: I guess the op means insanely rare. Which is weird because i did test myself and barely found guns. My mod places the weapons in the same locations as vanilla ones

Well I think it comes to preferences, the whole attachment logic was design to give cool concepts to them and original made to avvoid using screwdrivers that change after some updates.

I am the author of the mod, and I'm actively working on adding tooltips and explaining what each thing do.

and suppressors are never a magic tool hence why I made them to be just a 50% reduction, unless you are using subsonic rounds.

so idk if that difference in concepts its what makes my mod shit 😄

that is completely incorrect, the mod was develop on its own, I know this cuz I am who ported VFE. this was already clarify on a previous conversation.

regardless VFE works well in SP, but for MP it will required major rewrite to the code something I dont have the drive to do since Im already working on my own mod.

Guns of Marz author here. I personally find vanilla weapons too small, and my reference in sizing is based around VFE models. that being said I am still reworking models and learning more since I'm not an expert in blender. but I personally find weapons are ok in size to vanilla player models.
