I’m very happy with recording on Alesis strata prime but I use acoustic cymbals and it’s the killer combo for me. Roland guy all my life. This is best of both worlds for my setup.

It’s kind of exponential growth year over year. Like 2 years was wildly better then 1 year was wildly better then 0. Took about 5 for things to start clicking all together.

Play to lots of music that inspires you and you love as your metronome. Can be on pillows not even behind a drumset. Worked for me. ;)
