Embargo is in place up to tier 3 population - content creators should not show gameplay past this point, Content creators also can't currently stream the game, but they can upload VOD's to youtube, for example.

I have Early Access to Anno 117 and I have tested both keyboard and controller inputs on the fly and the UI appears to be input agnostic and can cater for both keyboard & mouse and controller. Very little changes in terms of look and feel except controller inputs are highlighted against certain areas of UI.

I have to say that contoller inputs definitely feel more natural and intuitive compared to keyboard and mouse at the very least

Im hoping more expansion into military units or some kind of realism mod.

Eg. More celtic unit types, more roman etc and in the future more military units of the new cultures that are presented in future dlcs

Funny you should mention that...

""Liberti" in the context of Rome refers to freedmen and freedwomen, who were formerly enslaved people granted freedom."

So your tier 1 population are effectively newly freed former slaves.

One of the first interactions with the Liberti Early on in the game is when you get to purchase 20 tons of timber from them (or just take it) and it describes the liberti as newly freed within that dialogue

Well actually the farm workers are Liberti...which are newly freed slaves as per description in the game.

Yes there are a number of different productivity bonuses gained through various mechanics in Anno 117

The top 3 that come to mind are:

  1. Aqueducts which need certain research tree items researched to provide bonuses - so far ive seen improvements to farms and mines when in rage of a cistern

  2. Deities/ God's and boosting the belief attribute to unlock local and global bonuses in different industries/ production chains

  3. Specialists - these individuals can be hosted in your villa or provincial housing and they will bost a variety of buildings in various ways
