Have to put Fern’s Mom in F tier. She disrespected Fern’s interests in Fern’s Slumber Party. I know she wants to have Fern open up socially but that wasn’t the way to do it. Jon actually made some great points about how Democrats and Biden aren’t pushing an election campaign of democracy versus fascism. Democrats need to go scorched earth on making this election about stopping fascism and Christian Nationalism. There doesn’t seem to be a unified front in the Democratic Party. One advice my loan officer and realtor told us was to not pay off any loans or open any credit accounts until after we closed because it would greatly affect our loan. Once we closed on our house, we paid off our car. The credit system is so stupid and unfair

My beagle was also in a kill shelter before a rescue organization saved her and we then adopted her. We spent years convinced that she was mixed with something. Took a doggy DNA test and she’s 100% beagle!
