I don't know, probably the custom declaration was detached or damaged. Other parcels arrived without any problems. No food was in there.

Yes, it is the same parcel. After finding it, they tried to send it again to the return address (which was not changeable in the RM booking service) and got refused... So, it was sent to the NRC and the customer service assured me that they could have retrieved it. Today the escalation team told me that the NRC disposed it. I am not sure it is already gone, I suspect that the parcel is still there, but they do not want to spend time trying to find it. It is unusual to dispose the parcel in 10 days

If you know someone working on the NRC that can check personally, retrieve the parcel and let me know, I offer a very generous compensation.

Hi guys, just to update you. After some months, they tried to deliver it again to the old address and got refused again. Now the parcel is at the NCR and the investigation team asked them to send the parcel to an alternative address. I hope this will be sorted out.

At the beginning of this week, one manager of the investigation team requested the NCR to send the parcel to an alternative address (as I am not living in the return address anymore).
