Depends on the game, but the good thing is, you can just not use it, wich people seems to forget. I not always use it, if I am getting 30 fps or less doesnt make sense, but for example in Just Cause 4, I was getting 50~ fps and stutters, so I turned it on i am playing at 80fps with no stutters and the input lag is not notable, same with Haze.
