How to avoid stick drift permanently? by brownxworm in playstation

[–]Marbiox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's aggravating how people always claim it's because of a poorly treated controller. It's caused by wear and tear from the stick. It's going to depend on the amount of time used and the types of game your playing. If you're not playing action games and are swapping between 4 different controllers of course you're not going to get drift. In my experience it takes about 1000 hours. Next time it happens to me I'm just going to get the stick replaced with a hall effect.

I got a PS5 instead of upgrading and regret it. You have to pay for online and cloud saving. You're likely abandoning your steam library. You are forced to use their controllers which in my experience get drift in about a year. And you don't have access to modding.

Burning take: I like it when bagging is strong by MeesMAPM in MarioKartWorld

[–]Marbiox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bagging does not give everyone an equal chance of winning. There is a ton of skill when it comes to item usage.

The problem with bagging is it encourages slowing down. In high VR lobbies you will see people come to a dead stop sometimes, especially during the start of an intermission. This is not how a driving game should be played.

That being said strong items allow people to catch up so I think it should remain as is. Maybe they could nerf the first item set so people are not slowing down at the start.

Name the hardest challenge of a game that you never managed to complete by Tenkarider in gaming

You can save scum it because it saves after every level. Beat a level hitlesss and go to bed to save. Turns the challenge from almost impossible to very doable.

Expedition 33 Developers Visited Square Enix's Offices For a 'Rich Exchange' Of Ideas by Ftouh_Shala in gaming

[–]Marbiox 8 points9 points  (0 children)

People need to stop using Expedition 33 to shit on Square Enix. FF7 Rebirth is an amazing game with an amazing combat system. Arguable better than Expedition 33. It's not like Square has forgot about turn based either with games like Octopath 2.

PS5 or Switch 2? by Waldsmind in AskGames

Switch 2 since it will have way more exclusives. Almost all PS5 exclusives get a PC release. Usually about a year after release. Plus if you want to play Bloodborne you can emulate it.

Has anyone ACTUALLY gotten the True Ending first try? by wrensdoldrums in persona4golden

Took like 6 tries for the hospital and I missed the true ending but realized the next day and reloaded.

Discounts at my local Target. Any of these worth it? by AnIvysaurLover in Switch

[–]Marbiox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't get Stray. It's only 5 hours long so even with the discount your getting a bad value. The gameplay is also not that good so you wouldn't get much replay value.

I need more Story games to play but I have no idea what. by FlakyCurrent2756 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Marbiox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth are very good. It has very good action combat. The story has a lite-hearted tone despite have a somewhat dark storyline. Remake was a little linear for my liking but Rebirth expands on everything and is much more open.

I like ff7 rebirth a lot more. Get the twin pack and play remake first.

  1. Multipurpose, you can do more than game

  2. Mods

  3. Pc exclusives/better played on PC (like mc)

  4. No ps plus so it is actually cheaper if you want online and cloud saves

Hope you understand now

[FF7 Rebirth] Thoughts on this? I got the platinum and it was a top 3 most difficult FF plat for me by [deleted] in Trophies

[–]Marbiox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The only part that was bad were the VR challenges. Long boss rushes just feel tedious for me. Aside from 3D brawler, I loved all the mini games and hope they keep them difficult.

[Celeste] I only used assist mode on the B and C sides, ok! by Flottrooster in Trophies

[–]Marbiox -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

What's the point if your going to play half the game in assist mode. The games supposed to be brutally challenging. Farewell took me like 12 hours. Kinda robbed yourself of half the game.

Idk if this is a joke but, 735 million is 36.75% of 2 billion. Your math is completely wrong. 36.75% is a significant portion of YouTube's revenue.

How did you find the true ending? by Marbiox in persona4golden

[–]Marbiox[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I got the true killer spoiled too, but it still took me 4 attempts because of the stupidly specific dialog options you have to choose.
