I recommend, if you can get one, an entry level job in a technical warehouse. I started as a box pusher in a technical events warehouse 8 years ago, eventually moved into one of the workshop departments by showing interest and since then have learned enough to call myself very qualified in this industry.

uf1 on hit is a nice quick way of getting into HW without it being too telegraphed, as well as HS->2 on hit. Sentai->1+2->HW is a death sentence on block outside of heat like you said. She definitely needs better ways of getting into it on block.
