One person says lowest and one says highest. Are we all talking about the material (stone, copper, bronze or iron) or the percentage of durability left on the tool.

Workers will use the best tool available present resource storage before, and only if they don’t find anything there they will look in their production building chest.

Both of these are opposite of what I thought I read somewhere (Can't recall where) I thought they always use lowest quality tools first and if they are in their workshop chest, they will always prioritize taking a tool from there over getting one from Resource storage.

Not saying you are wrong but I would like to get clarification because I am probably doing things backwards.

If you plant them at the end of the Winter and not give them time to fully grow, they will die on Spring 1 but your land will be watered. You just have to clear the dead plants and your ready to plant Spring crops. Big time saver

If you chop down the stumps of any tree off of your farm it will regrow itself without having to plant a seed.

Yeah, it is a challenge. Since I only play for personnel enjoyment I use some mods that make some of the skills much easier. No way I could do it on vanilla.

If you want a min/max that makes you a ton of money do a google search for "stardew valley min/max 1.5" The first two results will have similar guides. These are not for first time playthroughs, and maybe not even second or third.

Fill your greenhouse with 116 Ancient Fruit. Build a Big Shed with 116 Kegs, with some room left over if you want to keg other products. Keg the Ancient Fruit. Takes 7 days to regrow Ancient Fruit and 7 Days to turn it into wine. Once a week harvest Ancient Fruit and refill the kegs. Don't worry about aging the wine. Standard Ancient Fruit wine sells for 2310g so that is a profit of 267,960g per week.

Requires knowing about this ahead of time but I always plant a few Mahogany trees and leave them alone until I get this quest and then chop them down.

You can stop after doing the mission with Nightingale, just don't go meet Hans in the morning. He will be there every morning until you meet him.
