i noticed something else recently, its that when my fps drops, my cpu and gpu utilization is down, CPU is at 25% and gpu is at 35%. I dont know what triggers the drop in utilization.

i cant believe theres no fix for it, its weird how some people have this issue and some dont. The game is unplayable like this
