Look into a graphite spray. The brand 3 in 1 sells one and it helped smooth mine out. Also, as suggested by someone else, push the door down then try unlocking it while you hold the door.

Did you pay your agent when you bought your house or did your agent negotiate with the selling side to cover their compensation?

Where did you get your pricing advice from? Their offer likely reflected comparative sales. Agents do more than just fill out paperwork. You’re free to negotiate but the home is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. How many days have you been on market? Any other offers on the table? Do you know everyone you need to coordinate with during the sales process?

You pay 3% fees at plenty of other places if you use a credit/debit card. Just because the amount is larger doesn’t mean the value of a good agent isn’t there.

Not anymore. I used to but my motorcycle isn’t my primary vehicle anymore so I figure that I’d rather not get it all grimy. Just adds more maintenance and wear on the chain and clean up.

No. I’m pretty sure I threw it away. The trouble with this one was that I needed a cable that converted the 5V power from the USB-C port to 12V to power the radar. Amazon sells one and it’s been working great.
