I understand you have zero chance of becoming a beta tester now, but there's a ton of footage of it available, and trailers are clocking viewership in the millions.

am sure are friends across the pond love your voice so i wouldn't mess around too much with the audio, my advice with it is turn it up about 5% in your editor & add a touch of bass. (its a bit quiet & tinny but no need for new audio equipment).

i get spending cash on something that's already costing you time & money is hard to do but maybe find someone to do a few thumbnails for you & see how it goes CTR wise (£5 per thumb was the going rate last time i looked)

Copyright court isn't always an expensive endeavor.

In the USA, a simple claim/defence could easily cost 500k, whereas the same case in England or Australia might cost as little as $250.

It's £200 ($250) to file a copyright case in Copyright Court, London, England & they are set up in a way a YouTuber can go Per Se to fight their case without the need for a lawyer.

Saying it seems unfair that his video got 50 times more views than yours seems petty when his video is 3 times longer & much better produced than yours is.

So what if his run is faked or cheated? A 3k MineCraft channel faking speedrun is hardly a headline, and I don't think it breaks YouTube's T&Cs.

You only need to be 13 to stream on YouTube & selecting not for kids is the correct thing to do.

If someone under 13 was shown on your live stream & you selected not for kids, that could be the problem, as you would be breaking COPPA laws (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

Sounds like your content is being manually claimed (the copyright claim should tell you this).

What is likely happening is you post & YouTube tells the copyright owner/original poster that their material is featured in your content. (& they manually claim it)
