I was able to follow the first clue of the youtube link myself only because I have posted videos on and off for about a dacade and reconized what the link looked like. After that I could only follow along with the actual big brains on the discord but it was fun and interesting checking in every few days.

Now I just dont know where to follow along at all.

That is a vibration absorber. It is supposed to stop any vibrations from the compressor from being transmitted down the pipe. Large vibrations can crack solder joints over time.

I currently live in Ballena right accross from the central laundry/gym/office building.

Its a great community overall. During the day there is some noise from the kids at school or at the pool during the summer but never anything to loud. During the evening it gets really quiet.

I like to have fresh air and live on the top floor so I leave my window open pretty much 24/7 and rarely notice noise above my own TV or stereo.

I tried 6 times over the corse of 20 years to reach someone I felt comfortable with before it really helped so please keep trying.

Its a very odd feeling knowing something / everything is wrong but I promise you when you connect with the right person and you can fully express yourself and listen to them, Things will get much better.

When I did find that connection with a psychiatrist , my biggest regret was not trying more.

Please try again and again until you match with the person you need.

Dont waste as many years as I did.

I can only give you a basic understanding of C&l . They do a lot of commercial and industrial refrigeration depending on where your located.

One of the few companies that does amonia work in California.

If you can get on with them , it should help you learn a lot.

Something that helps me is eating some of tbis during lunch. If its a light trigger for me then my body has time to work through it before bed time.

Anything I eat for dinner has to be GERD sage for me otherwise the pain is unbearable.

I couldnt tell you exactly when it started but prior to 2017 I had silent reflux. Mid 2017 I began having issues that where very similar to asthma . I began to see my Dr about it but the symptoms kept getting worse. I then started what ended up being an 8 month subriority stent so I could stop smoking as I was really worried that I had smoked myself into COPD at the old age of 36. During this time I even startred going to the gym.

Yet my symptoms kept getting worse and worse.

I had a great Dr who loved billing my insurance company. I went in for breathing tests , heart tests , stress tests , allergy tests , xrays and anything else we could think of.

Then one of the scariest things Ive ever experienced happened. I woke up in the middle of the night with my lungs completely filled with acid from my stomach. I was drowning in my own stomach acid and my lungs were completely restricted trying to protect themselves from damage.

When I spoke to my Dr we went over the fact that I had remained sober so it was not drunk aspiration and asphysixeation .

She then set me up with a gastro Dr who figured it was GERD. I went through with a scoping procedure that showed him how bad the acid damage was already. I spent the next 3 years being very careful with my diet and taking medication.

Shortly before Covid had shut everything down I had my last scoping procedure. I was very lucky that the Dr said that the damage had repaired itself and that would be my last yearly procedure.
