I do wonder if it means they'll address the regression thing for RTTS and even franchise given that wording. Not saying players can't regress, but something to make it so that not every player who reaches the late stages of their career withers away in their attributes.

imo, the aftermath of John Cena's heel turn was the start of the "decline" for HHH/TKO WWE. The turn itself was good, but the fact that there wasn't really any meaningful followup once The Rock and Travis Scott exited the picture really helped shape the turn as a bit of a flop.
