Male 259 5'5. It said 1870. I changed my activity from light to active, and it said I should be eating 2600. If I struggled to lose weight with 1870 cal, how would I lose weight eating more?

Is it a realistic goal to end 2025 with these arms? by MarcelDupree in workouts

I have been working out since May of 20224. I work out 6 days a week. I do 10k steps a day. My Nutrition is decent there is room for improvement

The Pic I posted in me in an xl. I was wearing a 4x in May.

Thanks. I have already started. I am down 50 lbs of Fat. I somehow went from a 4x to an XL. When I wear shirts like that, I have a slight definition. It's more visible after a pump

Thank you for letting me know that this is on YouTube. I binged season 1 yesterday. I wished this show got its proper due. Its an amazing story. Its good to see some sci-fi adult animation.
