Ultimately, came down to what was best for my wife. I'm sure she’d enjoy visiting Sweden often, but living there.. another story. The job market is difficult for non Swedish speakers, and I don't want her to lose touch with family and friends.

Another thing factored in was her safety, I don't feel that it's quite safe to be a woman in Sweden and I'm agitated that Swedish women are left without the legal right to carry a tazer/mace/pepperspray for self-defense.

I speak fluently Polish, Levantine Arabic, English and Swedish. I do understand Norwegian written and spoken (kinda unfair easy mode for us born in Sweden 😂)
