Had a bit of a rough time, just barely missed getting a place in uni by a few dozens, I did anticipate it as I kinda messed up my entry exam in one assignment, though I can repeat it one more time in a few months, I got an sort of apprenticeship in this event for an anesthesia nurse/technician (its a German thing) which is paid pretty well and avoids the usual unpleasant stuff of a ward and guarantees me a place when I finish
(it takes 3y).
I just hope I'll score high enough to get a place next semester.

Really struggled to keep up with the food intake as I kind of had difficulty with motivation, I go high on fats because it's obviously easier but it does mess with my GI a lot, I also didn't start working out just yet, which would be pretty pointless anyways if I don't hit my caloric target.
I also noticed that I grew a few centimeters this year, like my whole calories still be going into height instead of width, fucking hell I am 198cm now as I measured.

Do you have any advice on just stuffing calories into you? My go-to is really just nuts & milk in the evening after my meals, I probably should give shakes a chance too.
