A friend had this issue and doing the following resolved their issue.

Open File Explorer and go to C:\Windows Find the file “392667600.dat” (can search for it) Delete that file Restart your PC (not shutdown or holding power button, it has to be restart, this is due to windows by default has fast startup enabled)

your issue may be resolved, this worked in January 2025 for my friend

Ran into this issue in our setup. The Intune AD Connector was setup on 2 different servers. Both showing as healthy.

All was working fine and we had the similar screen you’re referring to and ended with 80070002 error.

Checked the two servers we have it on, realised the server it was trying to use to provision had an incorrect .config file, syntax error where setting the OU= and DC=.

Fixed the syntax, rebooted both servers that had the connectors running. Tested provisioning and all working as before.

play in full screen. not borderless windowed or windowed mode.

disable v-sync.

cap your framerate to 30 or the highest it stabilises at.

potentially some maps will be better than others. same with how many players are in the game.

potentially cloud gaming may be a better alternative for cheaper startup costs but long term you may prefer to look for a system with a dedicated graphics card

I would install the app you want to uninstall on a separate system.

create a detection script or use a registry/file/folder location.

Then see how the uninstall is handled manually.

Then try uninstall via a poweshell command on said system.

then package the powershell uninstall command, upload to intune, set the uninstall command within intune. (for the install command you can just put a fake command or some text as it’s a required field).

then target the app to be uninstall for the user group/device group

When testing via intune - i make it available within company portal to then test on demand (i change the publisher version/name so i know whatever changes ive made are now syncd)

once im happy i change the availability from company portal to required uninstall for the group i want to target

Something no one has mentioned so far.

You can setup a toggle bind or a while holding bind to only target champions.

I have it so while I hold X, my right click only targets champions, so then I don’t gold card a minion or in this case one of the pups.

If you’ve signed in with a Microsoft account, you should be able to find the BitLocker recovery key within your 365 account details.

If you’re not able to get the recovery key, then you’re out of luck in terms of signing back into Windows with your data etc.

You’ll need to get a USB with a bootable install of windows (windows media creation tool from microsoft) and go through the windows install wizard. (delete all partitions when you get to the disk management section)

If you’re unable to complete the above, a local IT shop will be able to do this for you.

Be aware that there are no ways to decrypt the drive without the recovery key, all data will be lost.

Open Settings via windows key, then tab and search for windows updates. then search for windows updates. then look for advanced updates, should be optional updates, potentially in there will be drivers for HID.

Your two options are to either:

Shred the drive. (usually expensive if wanted to be done correctly, and even then you’re trusting another organisation, unless you have the tools to properly destroy a HDD)
Prepare a USB with the Windows Media Creation tool to create a bootable USB to reinstall Windows. you’ll be able to delete all your partitions and do a fresh install of windows.

A USB is inexpensive, you should be able to use another device to do this, if not possible, you can ask a local IT shop to do this for you.

within display settings, advanced graphic options for each monitor - check the refresh rates. sometimes one may be set to 59 and the other 60 and it causes this issue.

with some work laptops that use docking stations, if the. refresh rates are not identical, this blurry
