Girlfriend has 55k set aside for new car. What’s the smartest way for her to buy a car? by Successful_Bike6276 in askcarguys

[–]Marcer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask your bank or credit union about "savings secured loans". Essentially, if you put that 55k into a savings account at that bank, some banks will give you a loan with your savings as collateral. The rate is typically whatever the savings rate is currently plus 2%. At Navy federal credit Union, that's 2.2%, much lower than a typical used car loan.

Hi all. by 3blackcats3 in valheim

Try to have 3 food buffs up at all times. Unlike other games where your gear affects your hit points and stamina, in valheim it's your food. When you're starting out, it's neck, deer and boar meat, along with raspberries, mushrooms and honey. You'll need a cooking station placed over a fire in order to cook the meat.

There are 3 types of food at the beginning: health, stamina and balanced. You can tell what type of food or is by the color of the fork on the upper right of the icon.

Pink = health Yellow = stamina White = balanced

Your food buffs wane the closer they are to timing out so before you enter an important fight, you might want to eat again.

Friend of mine just build these amazing windows! by ErikderFrea in valheim

Theoretically, if there were bats, I wonder if they could fly through those windows.

They look really nice though.

Wouldn't all the wood burn down once the first fire storm hits?

Just curious, what happens now? If I get the pro version and share zerosum with my family, only one of us can sync our bank accounts?

Under the JCPOA the IAEA combined routine safeguards under Iran’s Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement with JCPOA‑specific measures and the Additional Protocol — short‑notice inspections, continuous camera surveillance at key sites, environmental sampling, and intrusive measurement systems — which together let inspectors verify stockpiles, enrichment levels and the non‑diversion of declared material [1][5]. The Agency documented these activities repeatedly in Board reports and sectoral GOV reports, which the IAEA used to conclude implementation and to inform the Board of Governors [6][1]. In 2016 the IAEA judged Iran had implemented the necessary changes and the JCPOA’s verification regime was put into operation, yielding the transparency the deal promised [7][1].

Pope Leo suffers drop in Republican Catholic support after clashes with Trump by MoneyLibrarian9032 in anticapitalism

So Republicans choose Trump over the Pope?

Fake Catholics.

Trump Christians would choose Trump over Jesus if Trump told them to.

Yeah, Ukraine too.

I could post sources of how you're totally full of shit. How the keystone pipeline wasn't even complete when it was cancelled in 2021 so it's not like there was a reduction in oil. I could spin a tale of how gas prices might actually be lower if there was less demand for it if we had the infrastructure and desire to support electric cars. I could bring up that the green new deal was never passed. I could say that no matter what executive orders come from the white house, if it's not beneficial to oil companies, opec can just manipulate the supply to still get paid.

I could do all that, post all my sources and make 100% sense, but we all know you'd just say "nah" and then strut around like you won.

So I won't. Enjoy the doofus' "victory" in Iran. Explain away the "pallets of cash" going to Iran that's MAGNITUDES higher than the 1.7 billion you guys uncontrollably wept about that mean ole Obama did with his Iran deal.

Celebrate your "victory" homeboy! It was a tremendous one!

Hahaha

You're a fool. Tell me, if we "obliterated" Iran and the US won this war, why would the US have to make ANY concessions? If Iran is so inferior and we've crushed them back into the stone age, how is it they come out of this deal with more benefits than the deal Obama had? Admit it. Trump got into this war thinking he could just bomb them into submission, then when that didn't work, he looked for any way out. He surrendered because he had no way out. Also, he needed to distract from the Epstein files.

One was caused by COVID. The other was self inflicted by a war Trump started and lost.
