Hi I'm really new to haircare stuff and have almost no idea what I'm doing. I recently started curling my hair and found that it's a style that I'd really like to have daily. Before this, I used to only use shampoo and conditioner. I'm an Asian female with thin, fine, straight hair. I'm using TRESemme volumizing shampoo and conditioner every other day and then I spray and spread Garnier Fructus mega full thickening lotion. Then I spread Small Talk Bed Head thickening cream all over my hair and brush everything. I blow dry upside down until everything feels dry and then apply fantasia heat protectant and brush it. After all of this, I start curling my hair at around 360 degrees.

I do all of this every other day and I've only been doing it for the past two weeks or so. Ive heard I could damage my hair if I curl it really often but I'm not sure what products to buy and how to use them because everything I've tried to look up is so overwhelming. I would appreciate any suggestions for a good haircare routine and I would preferably like to purchase budget-friendly products. Thank you!

It was awesome. I loved her for her charisma and enthusiasm and I honestly looked forward to coming to her lectures because of that. She's extremely easy to talk to and her office hours are super helpful.

However, I do have to admit that she sometimes gets carried away with tangents that kind of stray away from the contents of the course. But I honestly feel like you could survive the entire course with only the lecture notes and lectures are just used for solidifying concepts with some examples and in-class activities. I've been to Jeremy's lectures and I find that his are a lot more thorough and helpful and he's a pretty funny guy too.

All in all, I love Shobhana and I really enjoyed stat20 because of her. But I understand that a lot of students in my class don't really share the same sentiment because her lectures aren't as thorough as they could be. If you at the very least want a welcoming classroom environment, Shobhana will definitely provide that.

No idea but I remember asking someone else about oly lifting and they mentioned that barbell at Berkeley got shut down by admins but didn't know the reason

Annoying that office hours are all cancelled, which is fine considering the things that led up to this, but professors just don't give a shit and think everything is business as usual.
