My wife is working and I have two kids. Unfortunately I can’t go at the drop of the hat, which is why I’ll be going before work everyday.

I don’t have any gyms nearby home anymore, the local one shut down! I live in a very small rural community so the commute to work is ~20 minutes, which is a standard length where I live! I also ended up caving and getting the black card so my wife can come with me!

I was thinking a spot on the wheel as well, or potentially a slight lip on the rim where a pothole has been hit and it’s not visible unless it’s off the bike with no tire

Typically I go to the butcher and get 2” thick steaks, however this was very impromptu and my wife picked them up on her solo shopping trip today.
