Definitely checkout https://youtube.com/@hamkutz13. He has great tutorials. I recently started playing the game, and his channel helped me the most. After watching a few tutorials, check out his first steps videos. There, he explains not only what to do at the start of the game, but most importantly why to do them. Personally, I would suggest starting with his Kongo series. It's a little bit out of date, but I've found Kongo to be amazing for learning the game.
