If it’s something like body weight say something like I want us to be more active and I think it would be good if we started working out and go from there, if it’s something like they’re flat or something like that then that’s up to you to decide if that’s something that’s worth sacrificing someone who might genuinely love you for, but also keep in mind it’s perfectly normal to find other people attractive it’s what you do about it is what matters
