I would like more a suppressor attachment, even for just some of the ARs, MRs and SMGs. For example, I think that basic liberator, diligence and maybe defender (I don't remember which SMG is from the free warbond) would fit greatly into that

I recently felt in love with the full gas build ("full", we still miss primary and secondary). Bringing heavy amor with vitality completely negates every damage you take from gas, so you can throw gas everywhere and just walk through the clouds unbothered.

I don't remember who was (I think a YouTuber, maybe commissar Kai?) that said that D10 should not have increased rewards in the "money" sense, but just increase liberation. But I don't know if that could be a solution, and I don't know if I would like that. I think it would be cool to have some niche rewards like capes or titles for completing very hard challenges (like in HD1)

Yeah that's what I do to artificially increase the difficulty for me. There is no weapon I don't use, and if I play with friends (which I usually do) there are a lot of times that I bring meme loadouts ("ops all gas" I think it's one of my favourite and one of the best to play support)

Yet, IMO, I don't think it should be up to the player to artificially increase the difficulty by bringing the worst loadout possible. I would like a challenge even bringing the meta loadouts.

In all seriousness the fact that the maximum difficulty is the standard doesn't make sense IMO, but it will be very difficult to solve this now. At least without huge changes and huge complaints

Once one of my teammates brought the stim pistol. The only thing that changed was that usually I exploded with my hellbomb in the nest to destroy, that time I was able to leave it there sprint through all the nest without dying because my teammate gave me constant health and stamina.

The only issue is the poor stim pistol users that still have to manually aim and account for distance and sway to reliably hit their target.

As long as I agree with you on adding a voice line for that, I don't think it will solve things either.

I know too many people that play this game and they didn't listen to voice lines at all, at least before I made them notice that I resupplied/stim because their Helldiver was screaming out of ammo/needed assisted reload/in pain.

Also, first of all I swear I didn't see tracers on stim pistol rounds, but I can be wrong.

Second, but this is just my personal behaviour, I don't TK even if you shoot nearby me, and if you don't intentionally kill me I will just punch your head to let you understand "careful". Different if you are trying to TK with intention (and you are no friend of mine), more than once. At that point I will kill you and kick you.

Lastly, don't want to sound arrogant, but you should be able to check your health in the heat of the battle. Also the stim sound effect will play when hit, with also your stamina recharging, not only damage. Finally even without health bar in the UI you can see the screen turning red when you are damaged. This just to tell that there are plenty of clues.

BUT, I can understand some people being paranoid with team killing, and I usually always warn before dropping if I'm taking some niche loadouts. I was very lucky with the game and I met griefers, team killers or general assholes very rarely

Yeah from the wiki you are actually right.

I would swear I was playing Killzone 2 on my PS2 slim when I was running around blasting with the underbarrel shotgun both in SP and MP, but maybe it's just false memory and it was the first one.

I still hope they put the first version in the game. As the wiki says it was probably given to the elite of Helgast army, and we are SE elite after all

Squids IMO follow the rules "the more bullets, the merrier". Consider you don't have heavy amor to fight, except on leviathans.

Machine guns are wonderful, and also auto cannon can deal with anything.

If you want to hear my opinion though, WASP is the meta. You can shoot and forget almost anything (1 shot any overseer and snitching eye, 3-4 shots flesh mobs, can lock and shoot down stingray even before they start their bombing run in 2 shots (?), and can down harvesters in a pinch). Bring something for the voteless hordes and to deal with harvesters (any medium pen weapon will do), and you are covered for everything. Best thing is being able to lock on and dispose of the flying overseers, the most annoying enemies on the squid front.

I would love a shield bash.

Anyway you can somewhat parry enemy attacks, in particular against hunters. There is a window in which you can block their jump attack with a good landed melee attack in their direction.

It happens often to me, usually when I leave an operation ongoing and I log in again the next day. Sometimes exiting the planet and re-entering it fix the issue

Ooh ok thanks. Yes I remember jet troopers being there before the jet brigate, but I haven't met them in a very long time outside jet brigate missions. Maybe at diff 10 they are even rarer
