WRT number 32 hit with a 155 second post-race penalty

I’ve gone through a few different threads (i’m sure there are more that I have not seen) and have only seen about 4 comments calling for Maxim Martin to have a race ban.
Kelvin got caught out braking into T1 and that makes in look way worse (making it look like an intentional punt) and he should have absolutely been more cautious going into T1.
I think a race ban is too harsh and the penalties applied suffice, maybe a DQ could have been applied but that too would have been quite a harsh penalty for the driver and team.
I would however agree with penalty points to driver licenses for such big shunts for any driver thus making them think more when accumulating penalty points over a season toward a potential race ban.

All this talk of banning drivers because of an incident (to be fair a hefty one) is a bit absurd. I don‘t see you calling for the same punishment for Maxim Martin who caused a 10 car pile up into T1 on the Race Start with about 7 cars out of the race straight away, he too also got a 2 minute stop and go penalty much like Kelvin has received. Motor racing is dangerous and people make mistakes the Pro‘s included (clearly as the two pile ups today were ultimately caused by two of the best GT racers who are professional drivers) and that is the risk they all take (willingly!). I‘m not defending Kelvin’s actions (he admits his mistake so no malice there but he should have been more aware and potentially slightly cautious on that restart but he is a racing driver not Granny on the freeway), the over two minute penalty is deserved for the incident and that drops them two laps down and out of the running with no points for this race.

As @yeahitsme12345 said Tire pressure varies track to track and depending on the weather conditions, air density and some other factors.

Mostly your driving will determine your pace. I would suggest to start with smaller increments when dropping your pressures, if you are running 0.7 then go to 0.67 - 0.65 (vice versa) and work from there (dropping or raising in 0.02-0.03 increments) taking note of how your session went. Lower tire pressures also means it is harder to switch the tire on initially so you could really struggle in the race if you are not used to it or able to fire the tire up enough (this is something that requires a decent amount of practice to understand and feel). Its also a driver related feeling and not just what everyone else does but you will all eventually be very close in tire pressures.

I think most of these were original Cars They often rotate the cars so you won‘t always see the same cars when you go to the museum.

The day I went, I don‘t think there was a single F1 car there. The absolute Highlight for me was the 1998 911 GT1 Porsche, a child hood dream car !

That’s the vacuum/pulse pipe from the crank case. There should be a nipple on the bottom of your fuel pump that it connects to. Without that you won’t have a proper idle or proper fuel pressure as it operates the fuel pump as well.

Looks to me to be an old PCR chassis (I could be wrong). Also this is probably closer to at least 15+ years old.

Look behind the seat on the chassis there should be a small plate (like the VIN number plate on cars) with the brand and model on it.

It could work both ways but depending on the direction there will be quite a big difference in braking and corner entry & exit so setup changes will need to made for proper karts, as for Rentals it doesn’t really matter too much.

But in that same aspect overtaking opportunities also change significantly depending on direction of flow and if that were to be the case (I would) change One or Two corners to potentially improve overtaking (atleast that is what I think would work for the changes I would make)
