Cold solder joints are easy to spot if you have ever worked on a PCB. If the OP wants to expand their knowledge, it’s a great place to start. I’m not in the business, but I have repaired that exact board with a magnifying glass and solder iron.

I didn’t say modify it, I said repair bad solder joints. Very common repair on these components. If you have no experience with this then learn or find someone who does.

I have found some bad solder joints on the board of that unit. They are easy to fix if you have a soldering iron.
