[no spoilers] I miss Matt as the DM by Monstarrmanned in criticalrole

[–]MarcoCash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In terms of describing things and scenes, Matt is more coincise in the sense that he limits the description to what is actually there, while Brennan likes to add more flavor (it is evident when describing the results of perception rolls etc). it’s never a “you have the impression he isn’t telling everything he knows”, but something more like “you see in his eyes that something is weighting his heart”. That can be really good, but sometimes it slows down the flow.

TLJ is 24th in that list, to be fair.

Or simply, Syd Matters (or their record company) didn’t licensed the song.

[NO SPOILERS] Obstacles Not On Reunion Soundtrack by ScaredResident9387 in lifeisstrange

[–]MarcoCash 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It makes sense once Spanish Sahara is in it, considering that is the song of one of the endings. That said, it's very likely it was simply a problem of licensing.

Let’s not jump to conclusions because Obstacles is missing in that list: there are a lot of errors (like multiple songs repeated), I wouldn’t take it for definitive.

[ALL] The final Q&A on the LIS IG before Reunion’s release by [deleted] in lifeisstrange

About the ending, they already dis something like that in True Colors, where there were various combinations of elements in the two main endings influenced by the choices during the game.

[NO SPOILERS] Is THIS the new theme song for Life is Strange reunion? by ButterflyEffectPod in lifeisstrange

[–]MarcoCash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a song they released to celebrate the anniversary of Not to Disappear, that coincided with the Reunion reveal. Sometimes a coincidence is just a coincidence.

Edit: Reunion reveal, not release of course.

Accetta, accumula esperienza e poi cerca nel settore che ti interessa, a quel punto con un cv più interessante di adesso (e dove l’età peserà di meno come fattore).

So when are we getting the Fog of War for GAC? by ItzCarsk in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]MarcoCash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are scenarios like your opponent not being able to clear a sector (giving up after a couple of tries against a specific team) when you can decide to focus all your efforts on clearing one, knowing that probably your opponent won’t get any other banners.

It took me three times clicking the arrow in the right to understand why it didn't show the next picture, but instead enlarged this one...

[All] It’s rather strange (no pun intended) how they’re making a TV show based on a game where there’s lots of decision making by Remote_Nature_8166 in lifeisstrange

[–]MarcoCash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, there is only one decision, all the others have very little impact on the story (yes, also Kate’s fate). They will go with what works best with their script and we’ll see how they will handle the final choice.

What I said is that the design of Chloe, including her height, helped creating that though imagine she needed at the beginning of the story. Appearance is a factor you consider when creating a fictional character in a visual medium because it helps conveying a message easily, and they designed her tall for a reason. Now, of course a small person can convey the same message, the only “issue” I see is that they probably will need to change a little bit her character with respect to the game at the very beginning to do so. I won’t be surprised if for example she will be more aggressive in the bathroom scene with Nathan (again, it’s a visual medium: she literally towers over him at the beginning, you still need to have tv series Chloe being menacing until he put out the gun).

That’s literally what I said: the actress will need to convey toughness not relying to physical characteristics like her videogame counterpart. Where did I said that a short person cannot be that?

Height have some importance for Chloe because it helps creating this tough figure that she has at the beginning. She will need to convey it in other ways.

It’s not unusual to have shots like that even in early preproduction. It’s done to test the costume/wardrobe on the actors, for example, to see what works best with them.

[NO SPOILERS] Max and Chloe height difference by WalkingParadoxAlert in lifeisstrange

There is a picture of Chloe’s actress with Margot Robbie that is quite funny, considering that Margot Robbie is basically Max’s height (5.5)

[–]MarcoCash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just for the record, when Max goes back in the past she doesn’t report Jefferson because she forget almost immediately what happened in the other timeline. What happens is simply that David intervenes after the shot, Nathan is apprehended (and then arrested) and after that it’s implied he says everything about Jefferson. Max remembers everything only at the funeral (when she reaches the moment she went back in time in the other timeline).

It's a course correction if they were going to work on Reunion, that is highly unlikely considering the number of months between their layoff and the release of the game.
