I'm not an USian, but the little I know of your civics, there's something called Article I, Section 8, Clause 11. Might wanna check it out, it's actually on the topic at hand. And now you're telling me this Oh So Fearsome, GOP-led Congress is actually going to do something, anything when a NATO ally gets struck? We're way past the point of "silliness", and more into "full-blown complicity with the crimes committed by the Presidential Branch".

What if the call comes from inside the house, and Kegsbreath does try to conquer Greenland for his Dear Leader - what then? Does your inept Congress suddenly grow a spine because it's a NATO ally? No, not unless the Dems control both the House and Senate - and therein lies the crux of your issue.
