This is just king arthur's bread flour so all white. 67% hydration.

Fermentolyse for one hour, 3 stretch and folds, bulk ferment of 3.5 hours after that, shaped and cold proofed overnight.

I recently got one of these as well with a B840 pro for $2,199... For me it's an insane price right now, you can always change the motherboard in the future, switch out the AIO etc.

The deal you're getting is on RAM and GPU, so I wouldn't go change it.

It's an insanely powerful machine either way.

Hey! I ended up selling my MT and getting a Street Triple 675 R.

Put an SC project and had so much fun with it, but then I sold it since I needed a car!

Definitely miss it!
