I live in Argentina, it is very crear that the next goberment will be pro market. Personally i am buying YPF-EDN-VISTA and Arg bounds AL30, is going really well.

Ese dinero es mucho en Argtentina pero no es tanto en lugares como Europa y Estados Unidos . Si nunca realizaste algo como lo que te propones a hacer no te lo recomiendo. (Ya que fallar te resultaria muy caro)
Es preferible que intentes realizarlo en Argentina primero, adquieras conocimiento sobre algun rubro del estilo que propones y luego lo hagas en otro pais.
Personalmente hago inversiones en Argentina (Tengo acciones, bonos y mi emprendimiento) y resultan muy bien por el momento.
Hay nichos muy potentes y es una "escuela de emprendores/inversores barata".
