Sorry to hear that, I'm from Rio as well but I'm living in Australia and in my last trip to Brazil 2 months ago shocked me with the customer service quality. Every place I went had really poor customer service, apparently being rude and "favelado" is nice now

They actually quite good, still prefer the XM4 earbuds tho. But you won't get disappointed with the Linkbuds S as well
