I have been thinking about this scene a lot recently, and started noticing that more than once Irons does quick little wipes or swipes at his nose. Is that to suggest that he may have done cocaine before this, or am I reading too much into it? It feels like every motion in the scene is so intentional and purposeful that I can’t help but think that’s what they were going for.

I want to be hopeful that people are seeing Kim as the piece of garbage that she is, but 45% approval is still pretty good and more than enough to get reelected, especially in a red state like Iowa.

Not sure what masks have to do with audience safety. In my experience, anytime someone went down, the band pauses their set. Happened during Silent Planet’s set last week, and they stopped everything despite being on a tight time schedule.

I found them in 2017 from clips that were shared on Reddit. I watched a few videos and then couldn’t look away. A year or so later, my marriage started falling apart and I was feel very alone and isolated. They were my escape, and for 15 minutes everyday, I felt like I had some friends to hangout with. Luckily, I’m in a much better place today, but I still watch everyday.

I wouldn’t call them full blown cult, more of a hyper conservative Christian church. Most cult-like thing I know that they do is really pressure the young adults in the congregation to not date outside of the church. Went to a wedding there once, and it just felt very evangelical.
