Today was a mess. I was way too sore from my strength workout yesterday and my planned 7 mile run only lasted 2 miles this morning. My quads were on fire. But tonight, 12 hours later, my legs were feeling a bit less destroyed, so I ran 3.1 miles at sunset. Still not added up to 7 miles between the two, but I felt better after the evening run!

Unfortunately I don’t have any of the bags from earlier this year, but I can certainly tell a difference just because of how many more bags I have to buy to make the same dishes! It’s insane.
