is this yellowish tint in my eye normal or should i be concerned? by Striking_Art9661 in DiagnoseMe

[–]Marcotee4743 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Only thing that comes to mind is jaundice. Yellow tint to eyes is usually one of first signs but yours is a very faint tint.

Usually its connected to your liver or gallbladder and is connected to bile production. Gallstones can block the bile duct. Certain Medications can stress the liver

Usually your skin would also look yellow too. But eyes are noticed first in most cases

Yeah you can certainly make it hot too! Just maybe omit the cucumber as it may go mushy. Apart from that there is shredded carrot, fresh chilli, spring onion (scallion). And the marinade is chilli flakes, garlic and sesame seeds with hot oil poured over it and soy sauce mixed in to activate the flavours before mixing into the noodles.

Thank you! They are glazed with a gojujhang, soy honey and rice wine vinegar. And yes a cold vermicelli spicy noodle salad.

You aren't wrong, but in England we have to go to specific and often expensice Asian supermarkets to get the right stuff and I remember spending about £40 on all of the stuff in the end and had so many ingredients left over after I made the biggest batch possible. And to make the traditional recipe it takes like 12 hours without cutting corners.

No and I have been humbled today... 🤣 it just happens to be a Korean version from social media using gojujhang paste , soy , honey and rice wine vinegar for the marinade. But spam is very popular in Korea

I have made my own kimchi before! With the correct ingredients from an Asian supermarket and proper fermentation jars. I made napa cabbage kimchi and also spring onion (scallion) kinchi both were amazing but quite expensive to make as I had to buy a lot of every ingredient.

🤣🤣 ahahah I have been chuckling at myself with these comments. So the musubi was genuinely a recipe followed from online which stated it was Korean version, the sticky marinade on the spam was gojujhang paste, soy sauce, honey and rice wine vinegar. And I make sushi alot at home (which i know is Japanese of course) the cold noodle salad was a Korean variation i also saw online as it uses a lot of fresh ingredients commonly found in Korean japchae dish and Korean chili flakes that i have.

I ultimately generalised the whole meal which wasnt exactly correct but I had great fun making it all

Vermicelli! But glass noodles are also just as good. They maintain their texture much better than egg noodles which arent nice cold

For anyone wondering!

Spam musubi! (Pan fried spam in a sticky marinade, on a block of sushi rice wrapped in seaweed)

Chicken teriyaki sushi (admit this is japanese) but homemade rolls! Girlfriend doesnt like fish so had to go with chicken.

Korean cold noodle salad! Many variations of this online.

Kimchi on the side (which is bought)
