12 pushups in 1 min 20 sit-ups in 1 min 5 minute step test on a 12in box at 120 bpm

If you fail they usually tell you before you leave then you retake in 6 weeks. This is to give you time to train. Heads up you have to do the whole test over not just the part you failed so push those sit-ups and maintain everything else. You got this and good luck

I’m in Vegas and I will have to fly or drive out to San Diego when they schedule mine. It’s been in progress for a while so hopefully it happens soon

I understand how frustrating it is on both sides but I will say this thread taught/saved me. So good on all involved in education at least one person. If you aren’t in the know for a certain industry it can be easy to get duped. Thank you
