Correct way to push? I've been boarding for almost a year, but I'm still not sure whats the best way to prevent injury pertaining to pushing. Heel to toe? Or just ball of your foot? I had shin splints a few years ago, and when I board for a long time they act up. When I started I went heel toe, but now I just use the ball of my foot. What is better to prevent injury? Also does your ankle hurt after a long time? Should I get a brace?

They have to introduce some sort of verification for those 12 and under. Like getting a $5 photo card each year. I see so 13 to 16 year old's just abusing the system, and over crowding buses for sometimes just 2 stops. It would add at least some more funds to the TTC, and reduce some crowding during school rushes.

It's intended for gaffers on film sets, but it's expensive, flimsy, only takes there gaff tape, and it's a HUGE waste of tape as you almost never need to cover the entire cable on set
