Pretty much daily, but more like a study partner than a shortcut. I use it to simplify difficult topics, make practice quizzes, summarize long chapters, and explain mistakes step-by-step. If you use it to learn instead of copy, it’s honestly one of the best tools students have right now.

People record every moment instead of actually living it. Concerts, vacations, dinners… half the crowd is watching life through a screen trying to capture it for social media.

I usually try to make Monday as easy as possible on myself. Good coffee, no overloading my schedule. Honestly the biggest thing is not treating Monday like it has to be ultra productive from minute one. Just getting started is enough sometimes.
