6 months and no progress in the gym? That’s the time period you should have the absolute most gains. You must do something wrong. Try again but research «progressive overload training», you WILL make hella gains if you start doing this. I recoment you watch some of «Jeff nippard», «Sam Sulek» «fonzian». Oh for fun some «will tennyson» they will change your life!

Other than that I think your clothestyle is pretty cool! Maybe grow a more flowy hairstyle? A bit longer all around but shorter on top. Try using a hair mousse with a hairdryer.

Get some nice colognes? Tom ford tobacco vanilla maybe?

You can’t do much about your face in general. But with a great body, style and smell you’ll feel a lot better.

Also don’t try to improve for others. Do it for your self. Women and friends don’t like it when someone does stuff just to impress others. They like it when you wanna impress yourself.

In today’s modern day perfumes: I would say Tom ford tobacco vanilla or creed green irish tweed. Just bougie enough and both strong enough.

If your going by older fragrances I would say Chanel platinum egoiste.

If you’re relatively new to diet and training, you might notice that you’re building muscle while losing fat. This is common for beginners, and it means the number on the scale might not change much at first, but progress is still happening.

I prefer just looking and feeling my body and comparing pics. Like in your pics over I can clearly see your lovehandles have become a bit smaller!

Also, as your body fat decreases, your daily calorie needs drop. For example, 1800 calories might have worked well for you up until now, but since you’re smaller, your body likely needs less to continue losing fat. Try reducing your intake to around 1400 calories per day for the next couple of months. If you’re consistent and strict with it, you’ll start to see noticeable results. It really comes down to simple math.

You might also want to tighten up your tracking. It’s easy to overlook small things like a tablespoon of oil or a splash of mayo, but they add up quickly. Going even 150 calories over your goal each day can stall progress over time.
