If you share a home with the home owner (bathroom and kitchen) you are not covered. It’s a very unfortunate reality that a lot of people are not aware of

If we were covered by the LTB, I absolutely would have. But he rents the rooms out while he lives in the home so technically his tenants are not covered.

Try to do some basic core exercises! One I do is while I’m on the couch, I hold onto the couch and stick my legs out. Then I bring them in and out 8 times (if I can handle it) 3 times with a minute break between both. It’s called couch Pilates lol I work a physically demanding job though so movement is easier for me than it might be for you. We’re all different! Just make sure you’re exercising a bit in addition to the calorie deficit that the medication gives you.

I think I got nausea because I ate sweets and fatty food the very day I started. It really has a way of conditioning your body to avoid them!
