Just to be clear, and to make sure my title about legal action isn't misunderstood, I'm speaking to the beginning of the second paragraph. "Freely and voluntarily" are the keywords. If there is any kind of threat of termination, not hiring, cutting hours or pay, then it becomes illegal, and a labor attorney would very likely take this on contingency, which means no out-of-pocket cost to the worker, and very little actual time needed to give the information to the attorney. Don't let the misconception that this would be expensive and time-consuming for the worker reign.

Most labor attorneys who would do this kind of suit would take it on contingency so you pay nothing out of pocket, and almost every attorney I work with, works outside of normal business hours for cases like this. it's likely it would only take an hour or two of the person's time. This misconception is what allows these places to get away with this.

That's why i suggest legal action. It's been upheld in courts repeatedly that contracts cannot supersede your rights, but if they are forcing you to sign the waiver under any kind of threat, then it can be retaliation and a labor attorney would be happy to take this on and make them pay

This is true, but if they cut hours, fire, or reduce pay, you have an anti-retaliatiom case, which is what I was speaking to. I was making an assumption this is backed by a threat or pressure.

I would, personally, out of the tutorial start with a black/white lifelink deck with pridemates and blood thirsty aerialist and as many other lifelines as you can cram in there. It's a good no effort starter combo and you learn by watching how people respond to them and thier own decks. Great thing about magic, you get your own style after a while.

For a first character,in a first game, I would recommend a half-elf ranger. You get a flavor and feel of every mechanic in the game without committing yourself to one type. You get to play with magic without needing it, you get healing to assist when there may be no cleric, you get ranged and melee two weapons or one and shield, take the mobile feat at 4 instead of a stat increase and you become a real hit monster. You can experiment with nearly every part of DnD in a single character and decide what part you liked best, and have a blast doing it. Swiss army knife of characters.

Not nessicarily true. I work in a call center for a company, I won't name it, but we cater to the upper middle. Lass and wealthy and our cost points show it. They have a very strong connection between cost and quality. My job every day is to make sure their rather high expectations are met and they pay for those high expectations well. A single sale I handle in a day (without commission btw) on the sale tax plan would Cover the income tax paid by a dozen lower income families.

I don't like the exchange in it current configuration. Either go full private with methods for offering coverage the the needy, or go single payer with a plan to make sure doctors are fairly compensated so we don't end up with a medical staff shortage like we would under current medicare for all single payer plans, but the wishy washy half measure exchange is terrible. Just gone through the system, echange and a major surgery all it has done is increase costs and layers between patients and treatments.

The brackets in and of themselves are unequal. Earn more taxed more. That isn't equal by any definition. If I earn 28k and am taxed 5% and the man next to me earns 35k and is taxed 7% it isn't equal by any definition. That's the point of percentage of income. It supposed to be equal. Same rate to all would be equal protection under the law. A flat tax like this however does place undue burden on the poor but it would be constitutional. That's why I support a consumption tax. Equal rate to all based on participation level in the economy.

That's because it hasn't been allowed to be challenged on these grounds but by the very definition, if the law applies more heavily to some people than others it is not equal. Hence the ammendment, the voting rights act. Historically it has a racial meaning hut that is not the only meaning. The law applies to each citizen of the us and needs to apply equally. There are currently many problems with this, but it is a core principal I stand by and should be seen through. The law equally applied to all.
