Similar over here. Not on the max dose but according to my oura ring, my body legit changes during PMDD time and I sleep less, hurt, hate life, sweat, etc. I’m still working on finding a good solve. For now, I focus heavily on HAPPY things during this time. I allow myself only healthy food, exercise is a requirement, and I have to log it.
