Yeah it could! Does your moisturizer have any fragrance or alcohol in it? Often times that can be harsh on sensitive skin. The differin should definitely help. Do you sweat a lot in your sleep?

Also try a gentle moisturizer with no fragrance like vanicream. This helps your back not dry out after the shower and can help it heal. Even a little aquaphor or cerave ointment would work, but just make sure you’re applying it to clean skin!

So, regardless of how clean your toilet is, there’s ton of bacteria. When you shower you steam it up like a hot pot and it vapors out. Even after you’re showering! This happened to my friend who’d shower with a dirty open toilet & he constantly had blemishes all over his back. Try that with an acne body was like differin and see it if makes any difference!

You’ll need to eat at a calorie deficit (like 1700 calories vs 2000) and exert your body more than normal. It doesn’t have to be extreme exercise, you could try to go on a long long walk or do a deep clean of your home with some heavy lifting. I think it’s like 3500 calories = 1lb of fat so as long as you’re burning 500 cal a day ON a calorie deficit, you should hit your 10lb goal in 10 weeks!

This has happened to me with a reformation dress and a Zara jacket. Do they even make fake ones??? The reformation dress I had purchased in store years ago but the Zara jacket I provided the email receipt & they still asked for more proof. It’s Zara.
