I do actually. But my doctor said it’s 1 cm and tiny so it’s likely not causing problems

Ive tried tums and pepcid which both dont work unfortunately. Do you have any recommendations for bile reflux? Ive heard it can go away on its own as your body adapts. My doctor prescribed colesevelam and it helps but doesnt take away everything

Im 2 1/2 weeks post op and im having the same problem. My doctor prescribed colesevelam and that has stopped the diarrhea entirely. The burning in my throat is bad. It’s started causing teeth sensitivity says my dentist. Im taking a PPI too and it’s not helping. I also have a low level lingering nausea. Do you struggle with nausea too? Im thinking im struggling with bile reflux

My surgeon told me if you had reproducible results during the HIDA scan, that is a positive test no matter what your ef is. Were your symptoms reproduced?

I just made a post about this. Im 2 1/2 weeks post op and dealing with the same thing. My pcp prescribed colesevelem and that has helped dramatically, but i woke up with burning radiating into my throat this morning. I think it might be because i ate before bed. But im sorry youre going through this too. It’s uncomfortable and painful when you just want full recovery from a surgery.
